ORGANIC VENDING
CONSULTING AGREEMENT
Organic Vending agrees to provide the following consulting services in exchange for a $5000 consulting fee to be paid $2500 at the beginning of this agreement and $2500 at the agreements end 90 days from this date.
1-3 one hour long consulting calls each week at times to be agreed upon. We of course will take calls at other times whenever you need specfic questions answered.
2-Will make introductions and provide contacts to vendors Organic Vending currently uses to operate it’s vending business. This includes the following...
A-Where to buy the machines at the lowest possible cost and what type of equipment to buy. (Organic Vending makes no money on any purchases it recommends we only collect fee’s for consulting).
B- Will advise on where to buy the organic and natural food at the best possible price and how much to buy based on account acquisition.
C-Will supply all Plan-o-Grams that are used by Organic Vending highlighting the best selling products with the highest possible mark up. We have years worth of experience in choosing the organic and natural food that sells the best.
3-Will supply marketing materials and techniques used by Organic Vending to obtain new accounts. This includes information like where NOT to put machines and what kind of accounts are most profitable. Organic Vending will guide you through the sales presentation and even make the initial sales calls from leads generated using our marketing and sales tools.
4-Will guide you in how to write a Bid for school and college accounts.
5-Will supply all information needed to shape your business model including profit/loss statements and back end accounting information.
6-Will share our techniques for getting press for your new business and letting potential customers know you have arrived!
7-Will help with developing a logo and look and name for your new business or will make our name “Organic Vending” and logo available to you exclusively for use in your market. This would require an additional fee.
8-Organic Vending will help you grow at whatever pace best suits you and will be available anytime within reason for additional phone calls after this agreement is up.
9-Help set up credit card readers and remote inventory controls.
10-We will invite you to come to our main office and warehouse in Albany New York to see how we do it and ride a route with one of our drivers.
